I recently found a file that documented some of my early furniture designs from 2009-2014.
These were small, bespoke designs for individuals on a commercial or personal basis. Each project began with a simple idea, new joint or technique, and inventory of a discarded, salvaged or renewable stock with which to exercise a particular vision. Over time, as each new endeavor focused on a new element, a basis of knowledge of woodworking, and appreciation for the material, grows (be it in a failure, success, or inspiration).
I hope these projects are getting new life, wherever they may now reside, but I intend to get some better final photos of them in action and post them here.
I hope to continue this documentation style because it has surprisingly helped with reproducing certain details, as well as just remembering what was worked on over the years
